Day Five

Off-schedule shows are often overlooked by the mainstream press but not fuk.co.uk. The main off-schedule show for us today was a packed showing by Victim at the Vauxhall Fashion Scout where the audience competed with the catwalk with a diverse range of individuals including a Chapman brother in attendance. With make-up by the talented Alex Box, it was a move away from the designers' previous showings, with plenty of vibrant colour. Victim is all about one-off outfits that seem almost like she's rummaged through a fantastical chest of random materials to create hand-hewn pieces with impact. Designer Mei Lui has established a strong fashion following and where else but London can you see this sort of individuality thrive?
