Fashion Week Day One

Blinding day here, lots of lovely sunshine to keep the fashion pack feeling radiant as we kick start six days of shows. The first two shows on-schedule Paul Costelloe and Caroline Charles were both well-attended. Headed to Vauxhall Fashion Scout for Spijkers and Spijkers which featured some really elegant pieces inspired by Stepford Wives! Then headed further off the beaten track to see what Georgina Harley-Smith had to offer in her third off-schedule show. Her debut at VFS two seasons ago featured some knock-out pieces and once again she's worked leather beautifully into coats and dresses but lack of budget and professional foresight meant that the show was a stilted affair which didn't do the clothes justice. Ossie Clark will be starting shortly and then it's an off-schedule showing for Adam Entwisle and Emma Hales as Horace.
