Wednesday started with two shows back-to-back at the Royal Academy. La Petite Salope (pretty, demure and very focused) and Jean-Pierre Braganza with a fine collection: neon blues against blacks, chunky off-kilter cardis, Star Trek leather neckwear and jigsaw trousers that amaze me. His liquid dresses are top.

Then we headed to the BFC tent and were privileged to see some of the Basso and Brooke collection before the show. Close your eyes and think of a story. ASCII Text meets Turner paintings. Technology straddles couture. Basso and Brooke snatch ideas from their universe and turn them into jaw-dropping clothes produced with a unique blend of intelligence and instinct. I loved the collection - let the photos do the the talking.
