Prize for best front-row gift of the week (so far anyway, but it's unlikely to be topped) goes to the life-sized rubber ravens that perched on the white benches around the room. We did consider swiping one but they really weren't the type of thing you could hide under your coat unlike, say, an Aveda scented candle or a pot of Olay Re-generist. Yes, we have seen people raiding the goody bags.

We always enjoy Robert because he gives great spectacle even if some of his collections can be just a little spooky. Not for nothing has he earned the 'Robert Scary' moniker. This time, however, not only was there plenty to gawp at - an apparently simple jacket from the front bulging into a tumescent bacofoil mass at the back or a model with what can only be described as a sleeping bag hanging off her bum - there was also lots to love.

If we had to pick our favourite pieces from the show they'd be the black coat with the bustle, the sculpted paper dresses covered with splodges of paint, the beaded bustier worn over a black shirt and the shoes that look like they've been made out of scrunched up bits of leather.

And if we had to pick one more thing it would be the heavily tattooed Robert himself who seems to get more ink with every passing season, and looks all the better for it.
