Now that Kelly Osbourne has released her acclaimed first album Shut-Up in Europe and undertaken a series of live concerts, we can expect to see more and more Kelly lookalikes. The secret of Kelly's cool is that no-one tells her what to wear - although mum likes to give the odd bit of sartorial advice like "that hat looks really stupid". In the US, they call her the Princess of Punk, but this belies her versatility. Kelly will don a black Moog T-shirt with jeans one minute, and a polka dot dress with gloves the next. From army shirts to rolled-up jeans and red stilettos. She's a lover of socks, Converse trainers, wacky earrings and make-up which she slaps on even thicker than her mother. Kelly Osbourne just does her own thing and it rocks. To get some Kelly-type style you'll need lots of kohl, kookiness and a strong belief in the fact that you can wear whatever you want to.
