Just be aware that in that length of time you'll either be close to or past the length of time which PayPal allows you to make a claim (I can't remember if it's 45 days or 60 days to make a claim)

could you put a claim in just incase before the deadline then drop it when it turns up?

Try the links at the top of the page, Parcelmonkey in particular is often significantly cheaper to Europe.

troll, it can take weeks and weeks. When my girlfriend claimed for a few missing parcels they kept sending letters (slowly) asking for all kinds of details, counter-offering, etc.

Do people think this is the best thing to do in this scenario? I'm just a bit lost really, tracking has said processing at sorting centre for a month tomorrow? I've been made aware that they've been shipped accidentally instead of airmail, but this guy is positive there on the way now. So why does it still say processing at sorting centre Sad advice plz

Evil packet was tampered with and a pair of westone 4 headphones removed, resealed packet and was delivered to warranty company in Belgium with just paperwork left in the packet.

RM not paying as they say the packet was delivered and recipient didn't raise a compliant, even though I did and the Belgium services were involved that way.

cunts. going a level up but internet research leads me to think they have no obligation to replace them.

When I used to deliver, I had every roll of packing tape ever produced. Anything going to a lovely sounding firm, I would open up, take what I wanted and then reseal it.

Which two letters does the tracking number start with? If it's 'LC' then the tracking number they've given you is just the Customs form reference (not proper tracking), and the tracking will end when the parcel leave the States.

If I've got a parcel "held" at a central London sorting office, I know I need to pay customs but us there a way I can go to them and pay the customs/pick up?

Have you tried putting the number into the parcelforce tracking page?

Postman usually sticks a card through the door and then you can either pay online or take the card with you and pick it up
