what exactly does it the anti'shine stuff do... i mean, i have sorta dark skin so would it be suitable for me? im tryin to find something that will make my skin look more fair (more white basically, the opposite of a tan), any suggestions
its funny how white people wanna look darker by getting tans, and most asians try to look whiter...

Anti shine is a tinted powder that is used to cover up small imperfections and take away any shine on the face. It dosnt really add any colour just gives a more flawless look. I wouldnt think it would make your skin look any lighter tho. Maybe if you got the light version it might help a little.
