ten million votes tonight, thats over ten million quid in his pocket just for tonight and just for a two hour show. Jawdropping!

It was 25p or 35p to vote

10 million votes. uk population 61,399,118

that is actually sickening.

All the council house on my facespace say how they voted 50 times for Joe/Olly etc. So its not exactly 10 million different people.

Alternatively you can watch something else on sky if you have that option or not watch TV at all. X-factor like it or hate it is watchable to many and so it's your own fault for lining Cowell's pockets. It's that silly British public mentally of feeding the monster then they find out he's super rich and powerful and they cry about it with support of the tabloids. We're nation of idiots. I blame Americans.

People choose what they consume. To imply he's brainwashing us is just ridiculous.

The choice people have is X-Factor on one channel, Dancing on t'other. Laughing out loud

I agree and that's what the worst part is, I actually quite like him. (sc)

Here I am, and here you all are, talking about it in this thread. Some little puss who's going be singing Wham covers for the foreseeable future, none of us give a shit about it, we ain't ever gonna buy into it. Yet we're sucked into in some way.

It's easy to see why it draws millions.

I had exactly the same thought when they were doing that medley at the beginning, expect with machine guns. Think it's only natural.

someone kill him now

Quote:

He told The Sun he had not yet had sex, saying: "I'm straight. I haven't slept with anyone, but I'm concentrating on my music."

Joe, who won the final with six million votes, also said he did not fancy show mentor Cheryl Cole. He added: "She's a friend."

I know cowell controls him but...

i was just about to post that, reading it made me laugh, there wasn't a spark with jordan and you don't fancy cheryl cole.

i hate his voice in the song, i can't see him having lasting appeal in the charts because his voice and personality won't suit songs that people will be hearing..

i can hear jls and burke in clubs/bars up and down the country and the dancefloor is packed but i can't see it happening with joe..leona is on a totally different level too.

this guys some camp mummys boy, but no doubt cowell is moulding him to smash the american market and make him new high school musical star.

Quote:

But he said: "I've never ever done drugs. I have drunk, but I'm not a drinker.

"If I go out I don't necessarily drink - but every couple of weeks I'll have a few to chill out.

"If people try and tempt me into getting drunk I'll get a Diet Coke and pretend it's got vodka in it. I'm quite a well-behaved person anyway. I respect my mam." [/quuote]

i think tesco and amazon were/are selling the single for 29p aswell and under 40p doesn't count towards the charts.

the rage against the machine thing was started on facebook but is getting pretty good press everywhere, scott mills was talking about it on radio 1 saying a load of angry fans texted in when he played joes sing, and its been in most of the tabloids.

i'd expect joe will smash it when the actual cd is released

people didn't think George was gay though, it was the 80's, different time man. Don't put george michael in the same category as That little dweeb again baldy.
