I've let my hair grow. When dry my fringe is curling, when it's wet it's straight.
I do this diagonal fringe thing, which I need a straight fringe for.
Gel makes my hair hard. 
What hair product (types of gel, wax whatever) can I use to hold my hair in position (that actually works, not just claims to)? My fringe is too short for straighteners.
get anywhere near this and you good to go.

short back and sides aint it, I've had that off him before and I want that bit of a step in the hairline - normally short back and sides are just faded up, although maybe I haven't had the back taken to a 1 for so long.
pics probably the way but feel a bit of a cunt for doing that.

Really like that hair cut Dee, seen a few people with it and always looks good. Id just take a picture in with you on your phone makes things alot easier

only that one and above military is around what I wanted.
Italian place was closed, polish barber didn't listen, I asked for the above with pic but with a 1 on the back and sides and the twat has just faded it all in and taken it higher than I wanted. Need to grow it a few weeks, get some more length on the top and go to a decent barber as all the ones around here are beyond shite. One I went in today was disgusting, pair of them just sat on their phones, hair all over the floor and the counters looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in months. cunts

I just ask for a short back and sides, grade 3 or 4, and do not take anything off the top.
I go to this place in esther, turkish I think, they do a great job if you reel them in.

i use the clippers myself all the time, norm crew all over in a 2 or 3, can fade but never as straight as it should be, but want it tight and cut/stepped up like mil photo. May root out that barber hw although thinking of using that place in liberties next time as they seem old school enough and convenient. my heed is quite flat at the back so the style adds a bit of def at the back.

I have the skull of an Egyptian pharaoh so i like to keep the top very long, not to short on the sides. they will do what you want, I usually take a copy of monocle in for reference.

pretty standard cut for the chaps @ Murdock.Used to use Liberty's one but Shoreditch is better.Pics below from their site
