Paul Smith hosts Paul Weller's A Thousand Things
Paul Smith's Floral Street boutique staged a party on Monday June 2nd to celebrate the publication of Paul Weller's new limited edition book, A Thousand Things. The launch co-incided with the release of Paul Weller's 9th solo album, 22 Dreams.
Weller has lent his Rickenbacker 330 guitar for a display in the front window and both he and Paul Smith have signed an Epiphone Casino guitar which is being auctioned off for charity. Inside the boutique there are display copies of the boxed 250 page hand-bound book which is limited to just 2,000 worldwide (priced £250). An exhibition scattered throughout includes memorabilia from The Jam days featuring original NME articles and album covers, plus a selection of Paul Weller prints by Lawrence Watson.
The A Thousand Things exhibition is at 44 Floral Street London WC2 until June 13.

I'm so bored with "limited edition", it doesn't make something worth having.
Genesis Publications have been selling limited editions for 20-odd years, can't see them stopping anytime soon.
Their books often fetch mad prices on ebay once fully subscribed.
Oh look its PAUL WELLER again.

Chinese New Year is observed as a public holiday in a number of countries and territories where a sizable Chinese population resides. Since Chinese New Year falls on different dates on the Gregorian calendar every year on different days of the week, some of these governments opt to shift working days in order to accommodate a longer public holiday. Also like many other countries in the world, a statutory holiday is added on the following work day when the New Year falls on a weekend.
Inside the boutique there are display Testking VCP-410 copies of the boxed 250 page hand-bound book which is limited to Testking 640-802 just 2,000 worldwide (priced £250).
