What do people generally think of them, who has got them etc??

different styles on different parts of the body can definately work. I don't think you could incorporate different styles into one sleeve though. I have a patchwork sleeve, basically started off getting a few but in similar style then linked them all into a sleeve.

What you thinking of getting mate?

Personally, I think you can mix styles quite easily. What can be even more interesting is when styles are combined, for example a traditional Japanese image but done in a trad western style or geometric/pattern work amongst traditional Japanese stuff. I remember a guy on CT (C-Law) posting up his sleeve and he'd had a jap sleeve done but with some new school graffiti style bits added into it, looked great. It's like anything really, if done well, it works, if done badly then it doesn't.

Maximus the new uncoloured stuff looks cool and actually more interesting than the coloured stuff cause it stands out more (to me)

Nice Maximus. Been thinking of incorporating a tree design into a sleeve for a while now.

how to book an appointment here at the private Tattoo studio, Cartoon reads
all his emails and I handle his scheduling. Please email me with any

If you are under the age of 18 Cartoon cannot tattoo you “even if you bring
your mommy”, as it is against state law. Cartoon does not give consultations
until the day of your appointment. The prices of tattoos vary from client to
client and we do not charge by the hour. An assistant can give you a
estimation of the price if requested before the Tattoo and after the deposit
has been received. The base price for a tattoo starts at $2,500. The price
then is set accordingly, depending on placement and size. If you have
specific size or tattoo in mind then the price maybe less than the $2,500,
for example script lettering, or a really small pieces will be charged
differently. Remember this is an original piece of art and you will have the
tattoo longer than we will have the money, so don't cheat yourself, treat
yourself. In order for us to select an
appointment date we ask that every client make a deposit of $1000 first.
This deposit will hold your appointment date, and convey your commitment to
visiting us. This deposit can be made by credit card, however the remaining
balance must be paid in CASH. YES CASH."

If you are in LA i suppose it's still not overly expensive, but with flights + hotel it's racking up.

I don't rate him at all. I'm sure they're well put in but it's not for me.
