I really like 50% of his stuff.
The other 50% I really don't like.
I've gone with someone else now so... meh.

Anyone recommend a good traditional/old school style tattooist in the London area? Was leaning towards Oliver Mackintosh but without checking I'm guessing his waiting list is gonna be a while?

Walked past the Miami Ink shop at the weekend, is in a bit of a scummy part of South Beach.

Emiliano at Frith Street is very good. Certainly a better choice for trad stuff anyway, Jordan as well. Not sure on waiting times - they both seem to have pretty frequent walk in space.

That Spanish stuff is pretty bad. Well, not bad, but it certainly looks very european.

I think emiliamo's stuff is suspect.
Go with Jordan or stefano from FST.

Cheers, will pop in on Friday and see whats what.

Edit: Just had a look at Emiliano's work on their site, faces don't look right on any of his work although that might just be the style of it. Stefano and Jordan look on point though.

If it's a face you're after, you are definitely better waiting for Oliver Macintosh. Didn't someone from here get one from him as their first tattoo? Was it Lew909? That was fucken badass.

Just phoned up and should be able to get an appointment quite quick with Oliver. Will find out when I go in on Friday.

Yeah, was from Oliver Macintosh, he is very good. I recently had a sugar skull from him and would say he has improved aswell. Definitely recommended.
