Really is a shambles. They've made such an arse of things over the last few years: Trump's course, The move to Marischal college, UTG and the stadium.
Looks like they blew the budget on the unnecessary move across the road to Marischal and thought to fuck with anything else.

The thing I don't understand about the UTG plans (including the rejected ones) are how drastic they are. Just raise the gardens abit and cover the 4 lanes of road and rail line would surely come in on budget and need maintained least (something I fear the council would fuck up again anyway).
