Really is a shambles. They've made such an arse of things over the last few years: Trump's course, The move to Marischal college, UTG and the stadium. The thing I don't understand about the UTG plans (including the rejected ones) are how drastic they are. Just raise the gardens abit and cover the 4 lanes of road and rail line would surely come in on budget and need maintained least (something I fear the council would fuck up again anyway). |
