I don't sleep well if i drink so i dont drink on worknights.
I only drink socially, like in a pub or something.

I stopped drinking through the week now, and don't go too crazy at the weekend. Saving loads of money aswell and feel absolutely brilliant

my mate just now on msn, he has gone over to canada to learn how to teach skiing, arrived a few days ago

i once went on a 19 day bender, where i went out every night except sundays when i stayed in and had a quiet few. after about 14 days my friend and i were in a right state. if i even touched a sip of booze my face would come up in a massive rash!!!!! drinkin every night is very unhealthy!!! u should just chill out for a while

I normally have a few cans in the house if I'm sitting in watchin telly, pub a few times a week. Always go for a pint at lunchtime and after work, but I'll always have a bowl of soup at lunchtime. It's more to get away form work for an hour than for a drink but you can't go in the pub without having a pint.
So yes, I probably do drink too much

all evening activities seem to end with boozing, i guess its when you just stay in at home and booze all the time (which i dont do) that you deffo have a problem
