Hey,

I know this is a bit random, but i need to rant. I dont know if anyones ever used DPD before, but i used them to get my girlfriends birthday present delivered.

I had it arranged (and confirmed!) with the DPD fuckers for August 9th (tomorrow), when i would be home. Now though, they text me saying their delivering it today instead when im at work all day.

If i dont sign for it i then have to drive 24 mile round trip to pick the thing up! Its their fault?!

Anyone ever had problems? Or anyone got a contact number i can shout at them via?

Rant over. Evil

I don't recall anyone ever having a problem with a courier, but you're lucky you posted this here as I'll let you have my top secret list of DPD phone numbers I keep for such an occasion.

should probably at least give you a shipping refund if you explain you'd said that day specifically because you were off work.

If you miss the first delivery then they always try and redeliver the next day. It's on the missed second attempt that they take it back to the depo.
