Anyone a partypoker fan?

Posts: 3339 Joined: 2007-09-22	If you are going to play cash games in the lower levels (25c/50c...50c/$1) then stick to standard ABC poker - don't make any flash moves/bluffs, you will find players are not good enough to put marginal hands down - it's a slow grind, but multi-tabling can liven things up. My current game of choice is the 'Double-or-nothing' sit 'n' go's on Stars...10 seats, the first 5 out get nothing, the remaining 5 double their stake - I have made a killing at $10/20 dollar levels recently, it's so soft.

Posts: 89 Joined: 2008-06-20	i have been using poker room and have had some success even though i am a total beginner. i came third in one tournament and won $200 and another time came 4th and won a $150 dollar tournament ticket. best bet is to play the $1-3 tournaments as its a low risk cost but competitive and with good payouts. whenever i play the sit and play cash games i always end up losing as it can get boring and patience is needed in these situations.
