Emma is bitter cos she's a fucking loser who's got a dead end life, lives with a husband she don't love and work is her only life. A few years ago me and a few others caught her being fingered by a builder in the auditorium and she's always hated me since.
Kate is so boring and a proper goody two shoes arse licker, needs taking down a peg or two so i'm glad i made her cry although i'd imagine i said a few other things too probably to do with her lazy eye. The bizarre thing is that they don't like each other but my enemies enemy is my friend.

Only way it could amount to gross misconduct I think is if it somehow brought the company into disrepute or something similar.

If its a sanctioned work 'do' then you could have problems. Also depends on how much she wants to push the complaint and how tough your work view such things happening on nights out.
