There's no such thing as anonymity or privacy on the internet any more, that's the unfortunate truth.

don't care anymore, probably getting sacked so fuck it(plus i think it was someone from fuk not someone from work who was doing the grassing).

If they were going to sack you your boss wouldn't have texted you first and asked you about what happened. You're probably just going to get a bollocking.

Having said that, maybe take your jacket into the meeting, just in case...

I'm pretty sure with employment law you cant be sacked on the spot, especially if you are part of a big company.
Probably an investigation tomorrow to gather the facts. Then if it goes to a disciplinary, you'd be invited by letter - generally the disciplinary has to be at least 48 hours after the letter. You'd be given a copy of the investigation notes and you'd also be eligible to have a witness / colleague at the disciplinary meeting.

i beg to differ there mate.
imagine the tribunal.

'my client wants compo for his sacking'
'and what grounds does youre client think he deserves monetary recompence?'
'well he called her a cuntwitch and have a look at her, you telling me she aint'.

The employment law advice is accurate though. If there is more than 1 person at this meeting it is more serious.

I have had to be that observer many times Sad

^ I'm pretty sure you can't go straight to disciplinary though. Investigation has to be first, which you don't necessarily have to have 2 people.

you can't get sacked on the spot for things like this if you've been working for the company for more than 2 years.

it will just be a verbal at the very most, might get suspended for the investigation and will just want your side of the events....

but if you don't care, please record it on snayes voice recorder app
