I am sorry, but who the fuck doesnt know about global warming? and his comment 'it's a tragedy you can swim in the north pole' blah blah, it's fucking summer (ish, but you know what I mean) |

on a similar "why is he doing that?" theme, I thought this was pretty cool until I found out he was doing it for Christian Aid http://sport.scotsman.com/index.cfm?id=1105792007 a guy cycling the Tour de France unofficially one day ahead of the actual riders |

Should this not be in the random thread, or even the grumpy young men thread that the mod started himself? If a n00b had posted this they would have probably been banned. No offence to mw, I know he's a sound - he helped the Ethiopians or sommat. |

Yeah but you need something to trigger the sense of these fickle earthlings for things to happen. Most people know about global warming but you need mass media to say it's bad for people to know it's bad. Still was good to see some of my fav bands play live. |

global warming through humanity is all BS anyway. edit: is humanity the word I want to use there? I am in two minds, I have seen all the docs on that and they do make sense, but you will always be able to prove what you want one way or another...something isn't right at the moment |

thing is people always say the weather is not right etc....but you can always compare it to a previous year when it has been worse. thats why im not sure I buy it. |
