neither - Moncler's or North Face are more stylish and cheaper. Matches stuff is always well overpriced too. |

woolrich parka's from experience rip the ass out of The North Face jackets. Just my opinion of course - not keen on the style of either of those. Prefer the aesthetic of those previously mentioned. You may well be planning an Arctic expedition tho', rather than a trip to the shops or football. |

It's more for use in the -20's in Canada. Already got a woolrich arctic parka but wanted another though I wonder what peoples opinions on the Canada goose one was like. Yeah sorry Evers, just not keen on the north face ones for quality, my friend had one of their most expensive and it promptly developed a rip in it in. |

Before you buy either, take a look on eBay. I know you can get the Woolrich parka much much cheaper if you buy from the US. |

I see - you've probably thought of this then, but here it is anyway.... |

I think the Woolrich looks pretty good. I think it is not because it's handmade only but it is the goose feather used as well. It must be grade A feather which alone costs like £100 per kg. |

I asked one seller numorous times for pictures of the ones he had for sale and some of them look different to mine so it makes me think some are fake. |

I already have a woolrich parka and I don't find it too warm for the uk. I go to Canada a fair bit now and I most definitely need it there. It's not actually too bulky as well, apart from when I need to pack it into my already heavy suitcase when travelling! I might check out this site actually as I want a large instead of a medium in a different colour as well. Thanks for the heads up. That site also has the Canada goose ones as well.

Found this thread when i was asking about whether to buy the Canada Goose Expedition or the Canada Goose Constable and as you can probably guess I would reccommend Canada Goose Every day of the week I know its a bit more pricey but when you compare them to Woolwich you can easily see what you get for you money! Bought my last one from http://www.robert-fuller.co.uk |
