Me too, basically i always need something fizzy during my meal and something sweet at the end. The craving levels are immense.

Dont need a massive whole chocolate bar, just anything sweet, so things like M&Ms are great only need one or two for the craving to reduce.

Obviously my caffeine addiction is off the chart, it is constant.

Moved to coke zero now, prefer the taste.

Laughing out loud Reminds me of a doc I saw about a young bodybuilder, whenever he had choc/crisps cravings he'd just buy them but not eat them, ended up with cupboards full of snacks.

Gf bought loads of stuff back from NY. Just gave me some Trader Joes Cookie Butter and its Jawdropping!

Got some Lucky Charms as well that I'm hyped for. Can't actually imagine them being decent in milk though.
