Its shit dont bother and its tiny far better places to go that wont charge you a fortune for a drink.

What sort of place are you looking for (smart/casual)? Any Specific music tastes? Do you want somewhere full of snatch or somewhere more civilised to take a lady friend?

I think the Kingly for one drink is worth a visit, nice fish tank action - if your giving it the big Uno down di Ivy, then you should take the Mrs there after.
Though last time I was in there, the glass collector/table cleaner had the worst body odour - humming.

Yes it will charge and more than likely have a Guest List its not worth it for one drink. If you want a nice cocktail before dinner go to Annex 3 http://www.viewlondon.co.uk/review_2684.html
Or Momo http://www.worldsbestbars.com/city/soho-fitzrovia/momo-bar--restaurant-london.htm or even here http://www.43southmolton.com/

Kingly Club will not be open before dinner aswell and trust me its shit.

Annex 3 looks right on the money! Is that smart/casual dress code, guest list free?
