Is anyone being slow at sending out your purchase, or hasnt send it at all and is totally ignoring your pm's for any news on your item...then name and shame them in here and they can answer here what problems they have had or are having, or whether they are just unreliable or not...im certain this wll stop a whole heap of problems, cos if you are a seller named in here a few times, people will think twice before buying from you.

DO NOT PAY VIA 'PAYPAL GIFT' UNLESS YOU ARE TOTALLY SURE OF THE SELLER.

Got a gripe with Murphs:
We had been talking and he'd been replying very swiftly after he saw I was after a supreme biggie tee in the wants thread.
I paid on the 27th March, he said it'd be with me by the end of the week, asked him in a weeks time when it'd be here, he didn't reply for a few days but he had read the message, so i messaged him again confronting him saying i can see that he read it and that it doesn't take long to say yes/no. he replied within 24 hrs saying it had been shipped out (didn't specify when) first class recorded and should be with me by wednesday (he sent this 6 am on monday :S). I messaged him a couple days ago, and now it says he hasn't read it (so I guess he's clocked on and realised if he opens it i can see it?) The days have now flown by and now it's time to raise a dispute.. He asked for gift which I didn't send - so I guess I'm lucky in that sense.
Just a note to everyone here if they're paying with this guy until he gives his reasons I'd avoid paying by gift.

There were no 'attempted delivery' cards in my post cage; the post office knew nothing about it despite your claim of two deliveries. It would of been returned to sender if undelivered, not to Northern Ireland. By all means send on the claims form, as long as you also send the 'proof of posting' receipt as no claim can be made without one. You can check all these details on the Royal Mail website.
As the sender, you are entirely responsible. If this was an ebay dispute, you'd have had to refund me ages ago.

But this isn't ebay, isn't it. Which is why it really isn't worth buying anything from people who aren't regulars imo.

Agreed, however I assumed he was a regular; bought the item when I was very new to fuk. And it had been returned to sender according to the tracking number Sad

Hi mate, was delivered today, but no-one was in to sign for it. I've PM'd you the tracking number and it is at your local delivery office.
Got this turned around as quickly as i could, and i've never had a dispute on here before having bought and sold a few bits. Having said that, the customer is always right and i am sorry for. <3 xxxxxxxx

Happened to me before, but I sent insured for £500, funnily enough, when I filled in the claim form, within a week the package arrived back at my door. Royal Mail cunts.

Duttying: I know a load of people go on about how they don't like it but I reckon it should be tolerated.

If someone buys something and flips it for a profit, you may lose out on a few quid but at least you sold the thing. The duttyer is taking a risk on whether they'll be able to sell it on, which might not come good, and meanwhile the number of buyers for your stuff is increased by the assorted duttiers.
