Is anyone being slow at sending out your purchase, or hasnt send it at all and is totally ignoring your pm's for any news on your item...then name and shame them in here and they can answer here what problems they have had or are having, or whether they are just unreliable or not...im certain this wll stop a whole heap of problems, cos if you are a seller named in here a few times, people will think twice before buying from you.

DO NOT PAY VIA 'PAYPAL GIFT' UNLESS YOU ARE TOTALLY SURE OF THE SELLER.

How solid can you nail the 'means tested' criteria though?

I've given away some free bits on here, sold some proper cheap bits (Vis, toj, preme) and help out a lot in the comp/tech/iphone threads (Even saved someone's HDD if I recall), but I can't do any regular hookups 'cause there's nout round my ends.

Just ban selling of items at a higher price than they retailed at.

Obviously its a little more difficult if its an older item, but it isn't too hard to tell.

This would basically move the selling to other places like Ebay, which is the best you can hope for really.

FUK is already way too clicky, tiering would just add to the great divide. Just ban instant duttying here, selling rare shit a while down the line is all good imo once the hype is done and the items are really worth the cost to the buyer.

People have done pickups for me here and I've always thrown them a reasonable amount and vice versa but allowing this shit just makes pickups a huge potential loss to those doing them. Goodwill only goes so far.

Don't see why its even up for discussion, the guy who was trying to shift a few pairs of Jordans a couple of weeks ago at something negligible like 20 quid markup each got chased off quicker than you can say double standards.

Fair play about length of being a GJ and what not, but it's always going to be hard distinguishing people who have recently joined for genuine reasons, between those who have joined to just make money and get stuff cheap just because their name has a small gold icon below it. I mean fair enough I haven't sold on here yet, but like others I also think there is interesting shit to read and look at in other topics, e.g. What are you wearing...
What I'm saying is that introducing tiers of GJ will just make this place too much of a class system, and to be honest surely everyone should be treated fairly?
Just sayinnn

It's just the same as PayPal gift though ain't it? Every time I sell something I ask for them to send it as a gift, don't see what the difference is. Thought everyone did that.

Name and shame

On a similar note, a few years ago bought a jacket off Olegs and the silly prick sent it 2nd class after saying he do it Special Delivery! Laughing out loud

Surely they are potentially mugging themselves off there though as they are leaving themselves open to a claim? If you didn't pay as a gift then that makes sending it recorded/tracked a necessity.

i cant remember who it was to be honest. i could probably go through PMs but cant be bothered. just thought it was a bit crap and dont know what'd happened if i'd been a cunt and said not delivered/genuinely got lost etc. or what (value) that person sends through the post unrecorded.
