same here, nothing apart from new sunnies (as the mrs has nicked my usual pair) and shorts for my holidays. Sold my shamans to buy some fluxus in classifieds before I realised they were the wrong size Laughing out loud
Spent the money on a new print instead

Tempted by a few things but i'm choosing life instead Sticking out tongue

My obsessions run in five year durations, no real holes in my wardrobe now, I could go a year or more without buying anything really.

My physical wardrobe is full to bursting, that lets you know you dont need any more.

Was really tempted by the patricians, but for £500 - £600 other things in life have focused the value of money can buy so much more.

The real question is what will the new obsession be?

I was tempted by them too, but stayed strong Laughing out loud
Not needing much else this year - maybe a new pair of fluxus and my A/W jacket is already picked - half price from last winter in the sales. Highly unlikely it'll sell in the next few months as its been reduced for a while.

Is 40 pairs of shoes excessive? In spite of this I always want to buy more?

For here it is normal, to everyone else it is nuts.

Most people only have 1 pair on the go at once for each requirement, like 1 work shoe, going out shoe, trainers so less than 10 pairs.

Seems like bit of a joke really doesn't it? Also when you consider £300 as reasonable I dunno what planet you're living on really. These ones I've bought in the sales are all over £200 and I'm thinking that's a bargain!
