Its not just the quantity of shoes, but the unit cost as well, plenty of people have lots of trainers or boots but they will be under £100 or vans converse or something, not 20 pairs of £300+ shoes or thinking £500+ is normal

Mine aren't all expensive but there's a good 6/7 pairs from the last 12 months that were over £200.

For here it is normal, to everyone else it is nuts.
Most people only have 1 pair on the go at once for each requirement, like 1 work shoe, going out shoe, trainers so less than 10 pairs.
was watching come dine with me the other day. the guests couldnt believe this bloke had about 20 pairs.
ive got prob 60 post clear out and would say i wear 5 (inc work shoes) regularly.
Yeah saw that also, the men's health journalist, I was thinking it was A normal thing :/
People at uni couldn't believe I had so many trainers, was kind of meh when girls came to my room and went 'you have more shoes than me!'

Almost all my nice/formal shoes cost in the £300 + region at retail.
Bought a pair of high end trainers in the sales today still £250 crazy behaviour

Oversizing doesn't work on smart clothes?
You look like you've just got your first job in IT after a successful gastric bypass.
Not really. shirt fits in the shoulders perfectly, pants fit in the waist. They're just classic fits in the body and leg. You've been brainswashed by current fashion.
Watch an episode of Friends and then get back to me on what fits.
same size and make of shirt:

do you honestly think that fits well or are you more retarded than previously envisaged?
why base your sartorial opinion on a 90s show with no regard to clothes? or is it just any american tv shows? charlie's shirts in 2 and a half men? larry's running shoes and ill fitting trousers on curb? you are just mentally deficient I reckon.

I actually think US comedy guys like Letterman, Larry David, Adam Sandler have a lot of individual style and I have always looked up to them for inspiration. Their basic philophy seems to be: be comfortable, wear what you want but don't look like an idiot.
Friends was a very stylish show, middle guy's suit patns are perfect, I like the fit of the jacket but I do a 3 button being taller than him:

Think those friends suits are a bit too slim cut and prefer more of a david byrne/talking heads vibe.
