Well impressed with the service. Rang them up asking how stuff fitted and got friendly help. Bought a bunch of Armor Lux and Hixsept stuff out of their sale and when it arrived, one jumper didn't fit, so I rang them up and they said no problem with returns and just to send it back. Like a fuckwit I didn't send it back to the returns address on their website (I sent it back to the PO Box No. on the package), realised today and called them up (but was no angry man caller). They said they'd had grief recently with Royal Mail and deliveries from the PO Box, but no worries and they'd sort it out. I was pretty impressed that within a few hours after the call I get the refund credited via PayPal. Short of checking on Royal Mail, I can't say for certain they'd actually even received it (although I'm pretty certain they did), but they deserve a gold star for refunding so quick after a call with no hassle - I was expecting the money back a good few days later.

Next day delivery was actually that - speaking to a guy there at 15:50 before placing an order, I think as long as you get your order in up until then and call them they'll keep an eye out for it and you're OK. Stuff came packed in a nice big box - although to be fair I did get a few bits and a bag wouldn't have been enough.

They're also one of the few people in the UK I've seen stocking some Hixsept stuff which I like.

Their free delivery seems to apply to pretty much all of their clothing - for example looking at the link for a £9.50 Beanie, it says "Free UK Delivery on this item". I don't know if it's a fuck up, but it saves having to work out how much you need to spend to get free postage on clothes if you know it's free in the first place. Bizzarely, tea bags incur postage (they do look a lot better than PG Tips to be honest) but I'll still try to blag a couple of their chocolate flavoured ones if I order again.

Oh, but they do lose 1/10 because the 15% discount on first orders doesn't apply to sale stuff - it's an asterisk annoyingly down at the bottom of the page and I didn't get away with trying to blag an extra discount on the sale stuff. They said it doesn't apply to "non-sale first orders" but if your first order was sale stuff, any full-price stuff on your next order automatically gets the discount. I work in IT and based on my experience with the clusterfuck our website can be, I'm not certain it would be automatic, but I'm sure it would be honoured if you didn't get it and called them.

I'm still well happy with them though, and will be emailing them to strongly recommend they offer a GJ discount. Shit, they'll have to as they've just got a free advert on the best mens' fashion site on t'interweb...

So, 9/10 from me and I'll be happy to use them again.
