Do you know when exactly M&S goes on sale?

I appreciate if anybody know anything on M&S sales start date?

I was reading an article in the paper that said there is a bit of a stand off going on at the moment with when retailers being their sales.

Xmas sales have been the poorest in years due to online shopping, people wanting bargains and other financial issues. Most retailers may be forced to start their sales early if business doesn't get better at the start of this week. Apparantly its bad for them to start the sales early, so they want to try and hold out if they can.
