Bunch of GPs got in trouble for giving them out too easily so they've tightened up. Lots of alkys got addicted to them as they're used to slope off DTs/alcohol withdrawal, but benzo withdrawal is even worse. Started handing out Zopiclone (Zimovane) instead, but it's just as bad.

Zopiclone and the Z drugs in general however good at their job are horrible tasting, leave you tasting metal for a substantial part of the day.

somewhat yeah. problem with benzos is that tolerance and physical dependence builds up pretty quickly, and its hard to get people of them without relapsing or whatever.
i find neuropharm such a wooly area, so much room for improvement in development of new drugs. unfortunately cant move forward without a better understanding of the brain and such.... cest la vie.

they are urban myths. people make up stories to make them sound more interesting to gullible people who believe them like yourself.
i got done when i was about 10.
a black kid who didnt even have a dad (nor did i), told me his dad didnt live with him cos he was rich and the ruler of whatever country they came from, and he said cos i was his best friend he was buying me a brand new raleigh chopper bike with an electric peanut flicker that sits on the handle bars and flicks them into your mouth whilst youre riding.
hanged around with him, and waited for that fucking bike for about 3 years, and i properly hated the cunt if im totally honest.

na he hasn't put it on his facebook, just proving he is a real guy, met him in person the other day as he goes to college in bristol now. hes failing his course because all of his work was on his laptop when the 5-0 confiscated it, now has to rush everything on shitty library computers

Not done drugs for about 8 years now, although was a bit of a wreck head in my prime. Went to Bali a year ago and visited the gilli islands, the epitome of tropical paradise, no cars only horse an cart etc. Did a mushroom shake sat on the beach one evening and had one of the best trips of my life. Only lasted about 2 an a half hours (felt longer), but tripping among palm trees beats the hell out of my mates grotty flat back in the day!

never more than 2mg really..
i use them after a night out and flying.
and you can drink on these.. they feel less mongy then a vali imo.
