A thread for you to post your eBay listings.

This is open to all fuk'ers, not just GJs.

Please put a brief description and the eBay link (and pic if you want).

This is for sales of anything, not just clobber.

(New thread 2nd November 2010 - old thread archived)

they wont pay whatever you ask, so dont even let it bother you. they want you to let them have the item for a pittance, and they dont want it to go to the end cos it will come to more than the pittance they want to pay.
so im sorry, you havent got a secret millionaire trawling the internet wishing to pay over the top, money no object prices for your object, and you are not rich. Cry
lesson over, im out.

Never thought I did nobes.

Just messaged him saying it seems like too much hassle loosing the insertion fee, relisting for him privately and such so unless he makes me a phenomenal offer I'm just letting it run.

thats the best thing to do. just always say 'im sorry but ive listed and want to let the auction run'. if they are serious (which they never ever ever ever are) and want your item bad, they will offer you a good price for it to make you change your mind.
but like i say, youll never come across that situation, ebay is full of penny pinching miser messers trying to get something for less than its worth.

I've done it twice, but not ended auction until they've paid me. They're taking a gamble by buying outside Ebay but that's their choice.

Offered me £50, original buy it now I had on it was £35, seriously tempted. Going to sleep on it.

just do what I said, you'll avoid final 10% fee too.

Yep, do as Sneaker says. I always ask the buyer to contact me on my email so away from being on record on Ebay and breaking any rules. As soon as you have received the money in your paypal, end the auction with the reason of the item no longer being available.

Hope they went to someone from here, not really a steal though in the end.
