is it possible to amend a listing title once youve already had a bid ? (thought we could do with a dedicated ebay thread, ill delete if people disagree {once my questions answered anyway  })

i sold a jacket via someone messaging me on ebay (not an actual auction) i sent it out tuesday via royal mail and the buyer is saying he never received it and has opened a dispute. It cost nearly £10 to send i have proof (receipt) and now my paypal is -£250 and i think has been frozen. Am i fucked?

Yeah Special delivery, i fail to believe it hasn't arrived.
Edit: I entered the tracking number and it says delivered. How do I tell paypal?

Say I file a claim against someone & Paypal come back with the "sorry we tried to recover your funds but couldnt get anything" line - if I do a chargeback via Mastercard then obv Paypal are gonna be fucked off cos Im essentially taking their money, does this affect my account in any way?

bought something on ebay earlier... i paid instantly via paypal.
i got a refund notification, and she sent me a message via ebay and a email to my personal email saying;
I am currently having issues with my Paypal account. I have had to refund you the full money, and in the process of requesting the money from a different account (same amount). Please could you make the payment from that request please. Any problems give me a shout, or otherwise my mobile number is 07xxx 0xxxx7. Once the payment is made, I can send the item immeadiately and send you a tracking number.
the invoice has no details of what the item is, other than 'service'.
i emailed back asking for a new invoice to detail what the item is etc. it's a pretty expensive item so im a bit wary.
what ya reckons?

the only thing is, they had my money. so if it was a scam, why refund me?
im gonna call them tomorrow, see what they saying. if they send me a normal paypal invoice detailing the item, im pretty much safe, right?

i just found the other ebay account which is linked from the new account/email they billed me from. its an ebay trader with a really high score so seems legit.
gonna call tomorrow and get them to redo the invoice.

If they were having a problem with the original paypal account, why didn't they change it when they listed the item?
