Just posted this, but for some reason, it disappeared! Puzzled I demand value for my tenner's worth of shareholding. Sticking out tongue

How do Edwin size compared to, say, Nudie? I'm usually a 32/34 in most jeans, including Nudie. Edwin fit about the same?

that happened to me yesterday, i posted something three times, and it was just gone..my nudies are a 34 and my edwins are a 36. so its size up i think, but i couldnt swear to it on the ones you are going for.

p.s you keep going on about that tenner everytime something goes wrong by mistake, ill send you your tenner back fucking personally to stop having to listen to it. Laughing out loud

C'mon Nobes, you know as well as I do that if there's one thing us Jocks hate, it's giving up the cash. And if there's something we love, it's having a good moan (no stereotype)! Laughing out loud

Thanks though, I'll go a size up.

im not sure about all models, ive only got the nashvilles and they deffo needed sizing up cos of the shrinkage...in fact ive started hammering my edwins again lately, bloody comfy jean, i rate them right up there with all the big boys in the denim world. (and they piss all oiver the hairdressers choice 'nudies' in my opinion as well)

ill bet you any money you will love them, they turn into like a second skin after a little while..they are the nearest thing to wearing jim jams comfort wise that i own.

My experience is that Nashvilles and Greenvilles fit pretty true.

I know my Nudies are definitely 2" bigger than tag size, so maybe that is what gives the conufising comparison.

But yeah, I agree with N.L., they are way underated considering they have all the pre-requisites of what is considered a good jean. I guess the problem is you don't have to jump through hoops to get them, to make them cool enough.

I wouldn't buy the "ed-47 / 67" range though, cos I think the denim is dead thin and the rise is loooooooooow. I got chatting to one of the people from Edwin Europe team and he said feedback had not been good on that aspect. (although obviously some people like that)

S.A i can understand that totally, im not into low rise at all, always feel like i have to keep pulling them up every two miutes...leave all that bit of arse crack showing shizzle to the bitches imo.

p.s EVERYONE owns some jim jams dont they? What do you do when you go down for brekkie or a cup of tea.

It was the feminization of men's clothes that has brought about ultra low rise and ultra skinny jeans. Barf!

Thank God for the 'repro' fit. Smiling

what about when the postie knocks with some fresh new 'kicks' that need signing for, do you have to get fully dressed? when you got an m&s sleep suit, sorted, you can open and sign with speed, precision and complete confidence.

Hey, bit of an old thread but it saves space on the board for making an entirely new one.

Same question goes. Would 36" shrink to a 34"?

ED47s, 77s are sanforized so won't shrink. Nashvilles and Greenvilles shrink to tagged size. So I doubt you would get 36s down to 34 to be honest.
