they might at some big traditional ad agency, but then they're full of the most uncool, boring, jargon-spewing, poorly read people you'll ever meet in London. Depends which department. It sounds like you're describing either the account handlers or planners! Regardless to your degree, you'll have a tough time breaking into the creative department of an advertising agency without understanding what they're after. It'll mean 12 months of getting a spec portfolio together (which will be shit I guarantee) 2/3 years of crits, placements and being in the right place at the right time. First hand experience right here. Planners, poorly read? |

What you doing Swede? as part of my course you can do a sandwich year and earn a masters for it by working at a pharmaceutical company for a year. im doing an in vitro pharmacology placement at takeda in cambridge |
