Drop all those too old for 2014 World Cup and try to have a good tournament (quarter finals?) in Euro 2012. Lampard and Terry being out for these first two games can only be a good thing for looking forward. Got to play Walcott, A Johnson, A. Young, Hart, Dawson and Lescott at the minute. Upfront would like to see Zamora and Bent with Crouch on the bench. Barton is scum but deserves a look in if you ask me. Think he has been realistic and acknowledged that we are piss poor in possession. Think we have a average set of players who worked hard and showed abit of discipline. I hope we now can build on it, start to weed out the shit like Ashley Young and offer more going forward. |

I think we've got a really average team that Hodgson has organised very well and made very hard to beat. No disgrace in going out unbeaten. That said the best team did go through. Just glad it wasn't Spain tonight - we mightn't have touched the ball for the whole game! |

same old bottlers, walk up with the heads hung before taking the pen,they missed it before they kick a ball, we never deserved to win it offered nothing in terms of attack second half. young was and has been all tournament very poor,I hope this see's the end of gerrard/terry/lamps etc and they start from scratch for the world cup |
