Drop all those too old for 2014 World Cup and try to have a good tournament (quarter finals?) in Euro 2012. Lampard and Terry being out for these first two games can only be a good thing for looking forward.

Got to play Walcott, A Johnson, A. Young, Hart, Dawson and Lescott at the minute. Upfront would like to see Zamora and Bent with Crouch on the bench.

Barton is scum but deserves a look in if you ask me.

imagine fabregas will have taken on the mantle of being the new xavi by then anyway, i mean that's why barca bought him off us in the first place

then maybe they'll play an actual striker, always looked like scoring more/actually scored more with torres on the pitch

Aren't Spain pretty much ruling the world at under 21's, 19,s and 17's? Might be worth a shot for the Olympics at 3/1.

Looking forward to watching him, if Mata, Jorgi Alba, Alcantara, Tello, De Gea and all the Bilbao lot that looked really good this year show up they are going to be really good.

His story is a bit different....and he's not the first black italian. Liverani and Ferrari came first.

Born in Italy (in Palermo) by Ghanian parents. Moved to a small town near Brescia, north Italy, with his parents. Due to life-threatening complications with his intestines and to his parents poverty they decided to foster the child with a family, the Balotellis. He was 3 years old at that time.
Due to the italian law principle of ius sanguinis if you're parents don't have italian passport you cannot have one until you're 18 years old. As the Balotellis didn't adopt him he didn't turn automatically italian.
When he requested his Italian passport he stated "I'm Italian, I feel Italian, I will always play for Italy."
That's why i'm saying it could be not 100% true. He never claimed to be ghanian, but only of ghanian descent, he seems to be in good relations with his parents and as said he's not the first black to wear the jersey of Italy.

Rest unfortunately i reckon it's true
