Fucks sake there have been like five of those flying around the internet for the past week. Soppy cunts. It's not as if they were conscripted. |

Hate the sanctimonious idiots that like or comment on stuff like that. They wouldn't remember the name of the person they were showing "respect" to after 10 minutes |

think the worst is the one with an old man looking at valentines cards. Story is that he is buying a valentines card for his dead wife, when in reality he is probably looking for a card for his grandsons birthday but is to blind to see he's looking in the wrong section |

Only dropping to the correct multiple price, it has a long way to go. A few of friends shut there accounts down on the day of the flotation, so I guess numbers could be going down rather than up. |

in about 2004-6 myspace was full of more 'alternative' types, now that 'hipster' is mainstream wonder if it can claw new users or if people will come back |

If you lot want to be smart about the decline of facebook rather than just speaking from your own limited and personal experience, read this or something: http://blogs.law.harvard.edu/doc/2012/05/23/after-facebook-fails/ HW knows what's up. |

dont know why myspace dont build something similar to fb but with emphasis on privacy Because increased privacy means even less revenue. |

Privacy doesn't exist any more. Discuss. |

I'm more concerned about the death of a personal attitude to privacy than companies 'absorbing' my private data. |

dont know why myspace dont build something similar to fb but with emphasis on privacy Google is doing exactly that with Google+, it's not really gaining mainstream traction...but that could have more to do with the fact that it's Google and they pulled in the nerds first, and that ended up shaping their demographic. Plus, people are too ingrained in Facebook. All their friends, photos, etc, and now memories as well, thanks to the timeline layout. Makes it difficult for people to properly move. And all this talk of 'Facebook failing' and 'Facebook's IPO being a flop'... An IPO is to raise a large amount of money very quickly, and potentially allow some people to cash out, and that's exactly what happened. They managed to raise $16bil and loads of FB staff were made millionaires (Zuck cashed in for $1bil himself). In my eyes, they succeeded. What's happening now is purely logical, the $100bil valuation was ridiculous in the first place and now the share price is becoming more realistic to match FB's CURRENT performance. A lot of people are saying FB will fail because of their advertising model, blah blah blah, but FB offers a lot more. They're THE social platform on the Internet, ingrained in millions of websites with their social plug-ins, not just likes and shares, but comments and register/login buttons. The platform also allows brands to engage with and share content to millions of people, which are much more useful and important offerings over targeted ads. |

facebook has a lot of power with the huge userbase, could launch something disruptive a lot easier than other companies.. for example... facebook pay |

An ex is having a go at me for adding one of her mates on the Book. I fucking swear i never sent the friend request. I don't even know the girl. Apparently her mate has declined the request and nothing is appearing as pending. Any way I can prove that her cunt mate is full of shit? |
