Like adidas - true to size. If you wear a medium jacket normally, these will fit.
Just heading out for breakfast but when back I'll drop some measurements on here.

Tee (raglan btw): 49cm/ 19inches ptp, 24.5 length (Can be worn regular fit or toight as it is 5% elastane)
Jacket:
56-57cm / c.22 ptp
29 inches neck to base (If you look at the pic, the shouldeers are curved from the neck (raglan) so bear that in mind when checking measurements)
33cm end of cuff to neck
