Meanwhile, a London council has admitted street cleaners accidentally washed off two Banksy murals, including one of a girl in a frilly dress wearing a gas mask, off the side of a building. Now I like Banksy and i'm an ex-graffiti writer (so i'm not against graffiti), but since when has he become above the law where vandalism is concerned? |
