Does this happen to anybody? Does it piss you off seeing a friend blatantly copy your style of dress, even down to hearing what "you" like, then themselves going out there way to cop the exact items you have said?

Discuss..

although it can be annoying, you shouldnt get pissed off.
its a compliment.

besides, nobody can be 100% original.

i agree on the nobody is 100% original, this is very true.

its just the whole "what do u thinks cool at the mo" and then having them go out and cop the exact stuff you said, it really gets to me.

I know what you mean....... It is especially annoying when you meet your mates down the pub and then you feel awkward because theyre wearing almost exactly the same thing as you.

This happened on the weekend actually, and the cheeky bastard stitched me up by saying to all the birds that I copied him!

Adam used to post up pics of his trainers and other gear before anyone else did. We are talking years back here.

this nearly happened to me @ the weekend, i laughed about it and set the story straight but afterwards i was like ..what the fuck? this is the main point of what pisses me off about the whole style biting thing, lesser informed people think uve copied them!

Hmmmm, it does happen, but i dont mind. As if i see a mate wearing something that i think looks awesome, theres a good chance i'll get one myself.

Me and my good mate hashad, have had a couple of nightmares, accidentally wearing very similar clothes in the past. I just find it funny. On casual wear we have a similar taste in clothes, and talk about it, so ofcourse it's going to happen once in a while

And as said, the only annoying point is not being known as the originator Sticking out tongue

but eent..

would you get annoyed if u said "yeah i like those pair of jeans i might get um next month" only to find ur mate goes out soon after u said this and buys the exact pair that u mentioned, to sorta have "one up" on you?
