I’m selling this because I need a size 90 because I wear 32 jeans now. I was holding onto it as I was wearing it anyway even though it pulled my jeans in too much, but now I’ve bought this season’s version off luisaviaroma I can sell it.

The belt is plain black calf leather with a silver buckle. The belt first appeared in the spring and summer 2005 collection from Hedi Slimane and was worn by nearly every model. It became very popular and has been highly sought after since. I bought this belt during the autumn and winter season of 2007.

The belt has been used, but the quality is fantastic (the buckle is very strong and the leather is very thick), and so there is years of life left in it. I’ve only ever used the belt on the middle hole so any sign that it has been used is on the correct hole (I’m a bit ocd about this kind of thing – I could just use the belt on the next hole up but that wouldn’t be correct enough for me).

The belt is size 85 which is one of the most popular sizes. I’d say is the correct size for someone that wears a 29-31 jeans. I have the travel bag and the card of authenticity with the belt. Unfortunately I’ve lost the box that it came in. I’m selling this for £120 including shipping in the UK.

I forgot I even had these. I bought the two silver ones in Japan in the summer of 2007. A Japanese friend of mine had several of them and they looked really cool so I was influenced to buy them. I wore them a little in Japan but kind of felt stupid in the UK and so they’ve never been used since. The gold coloured one I bought at Dover Street Market after I got home. I thought it looked really slick and couldn’t resist. I’ve never used it as they just aren’t me.

I think they were about £50 each in Japan, and as you can see I paid £80 for the gold one in the UK. I want £45 shipped for the lot.
