I stand corrected.. I can't find it in my email, may have been on an old work email.

However, these are similar: http://www.very.co.uk/arsenal-mens-slippers/1117267135.prd?aff=google&affsrc=froogle&cm_mmc=froogle-_-CLOTHING_AND_FOOTWEAR_FOOTWEAR_AND_ACCESSORIES_MENS_SLIPPERS_MENS_BRANDED_SLIPPERS_RANGE-_-28L79-_-Mens_Slippers&istCompanyId=3bdc6c74-7f2d-4594-839e-e5b39b2661fb&istItemId=mpwaxxxx&istBid=t

even if those slippers cost £50 they’d still be a shit gift – just look at them ffs

it’s the type of tat you’d expect someone to include as a throwaway ‘joke’ element in addition to the actual present…

if you can’t see that then you should be banned on grounds of taste alone

spending less than £30 over the three years that you’ve taken apart is also pikey beyond belief

I enjoy the SS witch-hunts as much as anyone but it makes a mockery of the whole thing if repeat offenders are just allowed back every year

If someone puts their interests as Arsenal and Grime, what do they expect ? Does he really expect me to buy him a full Arsenal kit, or a season ticket? Also bare in mind, this was around the time that Sarny was sending people sex toys, I thought Secret Santa was supposed to be about sending people funny stuff!
I disputed Andy's claim in the post you linked, how would he have a clue what i spent? I assure you I have Spent well over 30 in the 5 years that I have done Secret Santa. I bought one guy about £25's worth of porn one year, as that was in his interests. I didn't hear him complaining!
I am not arguing about being involved in this years, as honestly I don't think i'd have a clue what to buy half the 17 year old mandem on here, but to just pull a figure out of the air without any actual evidence is stupid.

Can't remember all of them to be honest.

Someone got me a nice pair of vans one year, and last year's was brilliant as i got a t shirt that had been custom printed.
One year i got some books that were nothing to do with what i had asked for.

Luck of the draw isn't it!

I think peoples expectations are a bit too high, SS is supposed to be fun stuff, not designer gear that exactly fits all your shopping list criteia.

I'm usually in, but this year I'm out.

I love the fact that Gojira still wants to play. Do you honestly think that people here wouldn't take your previous track record into account when buying your gift?

As i said, that is the luck of the draw! Why should i be denied my chance to redeem myself knowing full well that someone is going to get me some utter crap? That is half the fun.

anyway Tiger, you missed the point with your sock puppet.. First it was a wash mit and secondly, what was on it!?

No you are totally right. Clearly because it had a Disney character on it of a slightly retarded Tiger, you hit the nail on the head.

I was new, but if you haven't used it already, Tiger Junior will love it! Bet you scoffed those chocolate coins as well!
