So who wants a six pack/slim waist for the summer then?
GIRLS / BOYS/

Ineff went from been the guy you pushed past in the coat que to the guy you let pass you at the bar, all in a matter of months. Can you do the same?

Some Tips

Eat six times a day.
Eat three standard meals and three smaller snacks. For example:

8 a.m. BREAKFAST
11 a.m. SNACK
1 p.m. LUNCH
4 p.m. SNACK
6 p.m. DINNER
9 p.m. SNACK

1 For Fats stick with Mediterranean-style fats such as olive oil, fish, nuts and avocados, which do not promote heart disease or cancer, but do have health benefits such as lowering your cholesterol and protecting your joints.

2 Use nonfat dairy products high in calcium.

3 Drink more water. Water helps mobilize fat stores, while dehydration prompts stubborn fat to sit tight (or, more accurately, sit loose). Many weight-loss experts believe that drinking one ounce of water (or any noncaffeinated, nonalcoholic beverage) per pound of body weight is the formula for effective fat burning.

4 Avoid carbonated beverages. DIET COKE is not a real DIET drink. Get the Water!

5 Replace some starches with vegetables. Example replace half your rice, potatoes or pasta with a cup of a vegetable such as broccoli, cauliflower, green beans or zucchini. While a cup of white rice contains 240 calories, a cup of mixed steamed vegetables has only 50.

6 Don't eat a big evening meal and less/no carbs after 6.

7 Creatine helps burn fat. For years creatine has been used to pump up muscles, but it also helps burn calories. A study published in the International Journal of Sports Medicine showed that creatine can help you burn an extra 100 calories a day. Try five grams a day, taken after your workout, for at least six weeks.

8 Vary your caloric intake. Instead of eating the same thing day in and day out try a srict two days a week and moderately three days a week, then give yourself a little slack on the weekends. Never giving it the chance to kick in its primitive survival mechanism that stores fat when calories are cut back.

9 Pump up the protein. When you decrease your total calories, you need to increase your protein intake an extra 20 percent to maintain your muscle mass and keep your metabolism in high gear.

10 No sugar in Tea!And of course no crisps and chocolate.
(Try and cut the beer awell)

Do your cardio in the morning if you can , 3 times a week, 40 min sessions after a coffee.

FOODS

Breakfasts - Cereals, Oat like - Oatabix etc
Snacks and meals Play around with Eggs, Tuna, Pasta,Baked potatoes, brown rice, Fish , Some salads, But dont go nuts with the carbs and DO not eat until your full.

Got in from work to find the extent of this thread and just wanted to add my 2 cents.

I've been training for over 6 years now (started out due to playing national level basketball). This is just the kind of thing that you don't want to do if some sort of six-pack is your goal.

Although genetics plays a fair part in it all (mainly linked to your metabolism) anybody can get fair results if they follow some simple rules:

Train with weights 3-4 times a week
Eat sensibly (and intake plenty of water)
Train your abs like any other muscle group (1-2 a week with weights)

Crash dieting will NOT do anything but make you lose musle and glycogen making you look thin (not in a good way unless you are into Dior), flat and shapeless.

Find your avg daily calorie intake at which you maintain weight and reduce it by 500cals a day. 3500cals = 1lb of fat, therefore 1lb loss of fat a week. Anymore than 2lbs a week is not good.

If you are new to training with weights you are lucky in that you can see both muscle gain and fat loss (to some extent) and experience pretty rapid gains.

That said, real results only come from years of training and eating sensibly. You don't have to be obsessive, just all things in moderation. I train 3 times a week (abs once a week) and have gone from 6'2"@10st to 6'2"@14st all while keeping a low bodyfat. This is me just in from work:

Nothing special, just in relatively good shape whilst still enjoying burgers and beer whenever I want. Or course, if and when I go on holiday, I focus on fat loss and really define things, but otherwise I am never actually dieting.

You don't have to be gay or anything. I just kept training due to my competitive sports in the past.

I applaud anyone who wants to simply look after their body.

Hey, KinA! Don't start smoking to get a 6 pack...both are unnatractive on women. A slim stomach is nice on a woman but not a 6 pack, your looking fine anyway!

so if i drink water instead of milkshake with my thrice daily mcdonalds supersize meal i will deffo get a six pack you are saying yeah? thats well cool

I admit, I LOL'd. At your stupidity no less.

"The key to this people is to implement your balanced diets and workout routines but remember to drink water like never before. It speeds up every metabolic process exponentially and will get you the results you want. If you want a drink, have Vodka because it's 60 calories per shot are purely alcohol based so you'd have nothing to worry about. FACT".

Cool

Your confusing me now, and im getting all of a fluster, i have got 2 big macs and a double quarter pounder with cheese in front of me, what do i help to wash it down to get my six pack, water or fucking vodka?? im well confused.

It doesn't matter, but drinking 2.7 Litres of Vodka a day would be a killer for your internal organs and dehydrate you ...kind of the opposite goal we are trying to achieve.

And it's obviously true you can overdose on water, just drink around 3 Litres a day if poss and after a month you'll notice a vast improvement.
