Couldn't see a thread on this, using it now and seems pretty nice. Bit early to tell if it'll be good.
Any else trying it?

been looking for a firefox alternative on the pc as mine is very volatile for some reason.

for any stable ff3 users, this add on is the nuts.

Chrome is Google's new browser.
I only heard about it today, it's only been available to download for an hour or so.
I did love Firefox but FF3 has been shit for me, freezes up, seems slower than FF2. Don't know what's wrong with it but happens at work and at home so thought I'd give Chrome a go.

I got FF3 and it was cool until it fucked up and I lost all my bookmarks and the back forward buttons wouldnt work. So I downgraded to 2 and now every so often it starts going slow as fuck and in the process manager it is taking loads of resources so I have to kill it and restart it..

Will look into this. Google are gunna take over the world.

Just downloaded and installed Google Chrome. For some reason I'm getting "Windows - Application error" whenever I try to click on it - perfect start Smiling

I like it so far, much quicker than ff3. Even things like scrolling down the page are much more rapid with Chrome Cool

Like the homepage feature too.

yeah its good, very fast loading webpages.

minor annoyance, i wish the favorites/bookmarks tab was top left rather than top right.

Dont forget Google makes money from adverts and information about its users. Maybe I am being paranoid but I think they know enough about me from my search history.. sticking with firefox!

theres a tutorial video somewhere which helped a lot. ive downloaded it and it looks really really promising, so useful. i just hope i can remember to start using it so it becomes a natural thing to use as it looks like such a timesaver

Started using it today after google amended their Ts and Cs regarding copyright.

Really good browser, and lightning quick.
