someone stole MY pea coat from the changing rooms

i argued with the staff and police and event organiser for about an hour, they refuse to accept liability

ouch, ive always thought that you could get money for that though. You have a contract for them to look after your coat, but their exclusion is saying that they are not liable for looking after it. Dont think you can have a contract that basically gets them out of what they are being paid to do. maybe wrong though, im sure someone will correct me
