How much do freelance web designers charge?

I've been asked to design a website for a local car dealership after they saw the site I did for my Dad's company. I don't design websites for a living so I have no idea how much to charge Based on their current website it'll probably be about 10 static pages, and an admin section for the database to allow them to add cars to the site Any ideas? |

yeah, with the database you are looking at no less than a grand. More like 2 grand plus. |
