Does the community service fit the crime? Were you throwing eggs at a licky window bus? Or could you be helping old people if you did some graffiti?

I have never been arrested in my life or spoke to a policeman. Pushed a mate off a ski lift once and claimed he was leaning over to spit on snowboarders. He's been arrested though for attempting to walk through the Holland Tunnel from New Jersey to Manhattan.

I had to attend a 3 day driving course to avoid getting charged with driving without due care and attention after flipping my car and wrapping it round a lamppost whilst writing of someone else's car in the process but thats about it. Where does that put me?

Roll Eyes that old hat Laughing out loud

Smacked someone round the head with a pool cue, bust a blood vessel in his head and fractured his skull, I was lucky I pretty much got away with it, I was initially charged with a section 18 GBH, but pleaded guilty to ABH with mitigating circumstances, Although I had a half decent case for self defense if I had pleaded not guilty it would of gone to crown court where I could of and probably would of got fucked up the arse.
But as I pleaded guilty their solicitor agreed with every thing mine said, so ended up bound over for a year £100 and £70 costs I was buzzing solicitors fees where about £1200 though

Count yourself very lucky.

*Stanleyboy (angel that he is) went up with section 18 with intent. It was clearly abh, self defence and everyone involved knew the charge stunk, the judge kicking the jury out to express this in no uncertain terms on the very last day. Then the judge like a sly fat kiddie fiddler that he probably is, brought the jury back and enforced a lower charge to secure a conviction. Too late damage done.

Two fuckers in a pub fight, one with previous, decided to deny any involvement, broken nose, black eyes and the marks from metalic objects appeared on SB by magic.

4 years. Evil

*makes me bitter as he is a good friend.

edit: sb had a fight with his good friend and he got sb sent down or your good friend wouldn't back sb up in court, so sb got sent down?
did he do the full 4 years?

Mine was me my mate and my ex in my parents pub on bonfire night 1999 (I think) group of local knobs generally been knobs talking shit about/taking piss out of my old man, my old man can look after himself so I don't give a shit, but ex starts mouthing off, so they have a pop at us I laugh it off, but in the end follow the mane 2 into the bogs and have a few words, they apologise say they're just pissing about and don't want any trouble etc but as they leave half hour later one of them smashes my mate in the face and the other leaps towards him I whack him with the cue, bit of a scuffle with is mates etc he get taken to hospital (by my mum)
few weeks late my old man tells me the filth have been looking for me but he wouldn't tell them where I lived Laughing out loud in the end I got a phone call on about the 5th jan copper says he needs to talk to me about the incident but i wasn't in trouble as such and could i come to the station, got there and the cunt arrested me,
he said at least I waited till you got xmas new year out the way Laughing out loud
8 of them made statements against me most with criminal records and all conflicting stories, me and mate got our stories straight and for the abh conviction there solicitor pretty much agreed that they where twats and had it coming
just before i went in a bloke came out punching the air YESSS! says are you in court 3? "yeah" he shouts they're in a right mood fucking get in and leaves with a massive grin on his face Laughing out loud

ex is still causing me grief now wish i'd never met the cunt, well apart from my son

ps i was known to police when I was younger, for gangs football drugs etc (i was a bit of a wrongun) never convicted of anything though, well untill this a good few years later

me and a friend tried to rob the local post office when we were 12 as a joke, went in wearing ski masks and handed over a note asking for the equivalent of 10p. The lady cashier didn't see eye to eye with our brilliant adolescent humor/ performance art so had to see and talk to some people after that
