Injury Claim

I had a car crash last week (a lady reversed into me - 300 quid damage) and i had a call from a Personal Injury company involved with the claim.

They said i can claim from anything. I have had headaches from the accident and the stress has been drving me mad sorting all this out. She said i can claim for symptoms like these.

I wondered if anyone can give me some information on this, or has anyone been involved in a personal Injury Claim?

Don't be a cunt.

Because of people making shitty claims like this and completely fraudulent ones altogether it makes it harder for people who have real claims.

My pops had his back broken, can walk etc know fine but still gets huge amounts of pain from time to time and had to quit his job. Then had to put up with swine telling him he was putting it on due to the amount of bull shit claims they get due to accident cunts 'r' us etc.

£300 worth of damage, how fast were you going? 3 mph?

Like Jack said, stop being a pussy/money grabbing litigious cunt.

AGH! I dispair I really do.

But thanks for proving my point. Cunts bread cunts.

Using this logic I'm off for a friendly spot of genocide. After all, plenty of famous historical figures would have done in my position so it must be fine.

Take some paracetamol and be thankful it wasn't anything serious. Enough of this nonsense.

I agree with Essence, these insurance companies rip off people blind and try very hard to avoid payouts. Try and get as much as possible.

Ever stopped to think that they "rip people off" due to having to try and pay all these claims and finding out the fraudulent ones?

If everyone was honest this problem wouldn't arrise. Damn this corrupt society we live in.
