Sorry for the DS thread, just asking for an opinion cuz it's so cheap..

http://www.dvdstars.com/product.php?section=G&fcc=gbp&prodid=230232&gad=COX7t4ECEgjZNXQ8S_BoPhiPgKD9AyDh8vgP

Will i incur any custom fees? Is this model ok for UK?

Thanks for your help

Cass

PSP is fucked. Publishers won't sign any new IP for it anymore because its too much of a risk, so the only games coming out for it will be conversions of PS2 games or sequels. As a piece of a hardware the PSP is obviously better, but if you're just looking at games then the PSP is utter shit compared the the DS. And games is what it's all about.

If you're a gamer = DS Lite
If you like having an all in one entertainment system (Mp3, movies, internet) = PSP

I know.. Thought the Hardware itself was pretty slick.. Although i've got & so have most PSP owners, something that can do the multimedia part 10x better! Who wants to use their PSP as a mp3 player or a Internet browser really?? ..

Only wanted one to play games & i had like 4 of the top games but they we're all pretty wank.. And 3 of them i hardly touched.. Biggest pile of piss i've ever bought..

For gameplay the DS looks, & sounds A LOT better.. So i'm selling my PSP to get a DS..

Sooo back to my oringinal question.. Is the console off DVDstars.com ok??

Dunno mate but remember there is a very good chance you will get stung by customs and then you will have to either get a step down converter or a UK charger ...

Off Topic.

But is it better having a DS Lite or original DS? I've been playing mario kart on the DS lite and struggling with the buttons, finding to small. Is the original DS slightly bigger in size?

Yeah cheers pal, thought as much.. Just wanted to know why it was like 25 quid cheaper than anywhere else.. Just get it from amazon to save the hassle..

So games i'll probably get..

Mario Kart
Mario DS
Brain training..

Should be a good starting point yeah?

Advance Wars: Dual Strike is apparently the best game for it closely followed by mario kart and mario ds
