can you get this willy nilly - thought it was only allowed for 'extreme' suffers...??

I want one.

my mate had it last year - said it worked perfectly. i thought about it - you can find plenty of info on the net. don't think it works for all though.

My ex bird got one, didn't work, used those natural oil stuff and it worked perfectly, I have a really bad mental block about the name, you buy different things for different complaints, dark green bottle in Boots.

oh yeah! the doc wouldnt give me the injection - said it was for extreme cases only like if you have it real bad and you have exams or something. (sure thats bull though as I've heard of people getting it).

He did say it had negative side effects though as it was a steroid (thought he was gonna say ball shrinkage and rage) but he said brittle bones and other things. probably just too expensive really so they don't like doing it.

steroids can only damage you by prolonged usage over a relatively long period of time, a few injections for the summer wont do much damage

sum doctors cant be asked with the hassel of giving out injections...trust me! (although im no doctor, and the above statement is my own personal opinion, and is not verified by any professional medical bodies Eye-wink)

mines actually not too bad this year which is good news.

I've always wanted an excuse to try acupuncture - maybe this could be it.
