Doing some uni coursework (Action Plan for Virtual Tour thing I've made) doesn't need to be till Friday though so not concentrating on it 100%
Watching Malcolm in the Middle aswell  , I'm normally up till about 4/5 every night anyway

20% the way through a 3,500 word report on the impact of the credit crunch on uk commercial property market, in first thing friday only advantage is it will be good research for my dissertation, which has pretty much the same title except more focused on the financing aspect
so fucking boring cant believe im going to be doing this shit for life, really not sure its me

LOL I thought that's quite an interesting title for an essay.. haven't done an essay for 6 years mind you, so I guess if I had to actually do it I'd be pissed off! If any of it relates to the lettings market I wouldn't mind a copy

lol if it makes any sense at all youre more than welcome to a copy when ive finished. it is interesting to some extent, but not to this depth. if its just focusing on office capital values and impacts on rents, which im sure ill be working in, then that would be more interesting to me. sounds stupid but just reading about industrial transactions bores me, let alone analysing them. might also have something to do with the fact it was only 3 days ago i did a 5,000 coursework with 1 other guy (who was terrible to work with) on the investment opportunities in china compared to poland.
